P3 communication:

  • Planning
  • Packing
  • Perfecting


  • Speak to people not at people
  • Use professional because you are representing yourself and your company
  • Motivate and build trust


  • Presentation must seem professional
  • Should be clean, clear, concise and creative
  • present in a way the audience will understand


  • Inaccurate info is unprofessional and unethical
  • spelling and grammar are important
  • proofread everything


  • Ask ?s to clarify
  • Audience needs to understand what you are saying
  • can be achieved by being more concise

Tone, accuracy, presentation and clarity are all used in P3 communication and are important to the presentation of information to any audience.
